**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Team Leader: Generalist, you will guide a squad(s) in providing an end-to-end service(s) and facilitate the use of agile practices to optimize workflow and remove obstacles impacting squad performance. You will also act as a technical resource and point of escalation for team members, engaging in identifying and resolving complex problems relating to the service(s) provided by the squad(s). Your primary responsibilities will include: • Lead Squad Operations: Guide a squad(s) in providing an end-to-end service(s), facilitating the use of agile practices to optimize workflow, identify bottlenecks, and remove obstacles impacting squad performance. • Technical Resource and Escalation: Act as a technical resource and point of escalation for team members, providing in-depth knowledge of technical solutions to resolve complex problems. • Problem Resolution: Engage in identifying and resolving complex problems relating to the service(s) provided by the squad(s), utilizing technical expertise to drive resolution. • Agile Practices: Drive the use of agile practices for squad operations, ensuring optimal workflow and removing obstacles to improve squad performance. • Performance Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and optimize squad performance by removing obstacles and streamlining workflow.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
• Technical Solution Knowledge: Experience with in-depth knowledge of technical solutions to resolve complex problems and provide expert guidance to team members. • Agile Practices Implementation: Experience in driving the use of agile practices for squad operations, including optimizing workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and removing obstacles. • Complex Problem Resolution: Experience in identifying and resolving complex problems relating to the service(s) provided by the squad(s), utilizing technical expertise to drive resolution. • Squad Performance Optimization: Experience with optimizing squad performance by identifying areas for improvement, removing obstacles, and streamlining workflow. • Technical Resource Expertise: Experience acting as a technical resource and point of escalation for team members, providing expert guidance and support.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
• Advanced Agile Methodologies: Experience with implementing and driving agile practices for squad operations, including optimizing workflow and removing obstacles. Knowledge of various agile methodologies and their applications in different contexts. Ability to adapt and tailor agile approaches to meet specific squad needs. • In-Depth Technical Expertise: Experience with possessing in-depth knowledge of technical solutions, including the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Understanding of technical trends and advancements in relevant fields. • Complex Problem-Solving Strategies: Experience with developing and applying complex problem-solving strategies, utilizing technical expertise to drive resolution. Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles impacting squad performance.
