**Description**
Responsibilities include:
+ Preparing and compiling reports needed with varying deadlines
+ Facilitates the provision of complete secretarial and administrative support to management
+ Assist with completion of other tasks as needed
+ Check and ensure accuracy of daily food safety paperwork
+ Manage and complete corporate databases/spread sheets
+ Responsible for filing and storage of all food safety records
+ Qualifications:
+ Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Reliable
+ Able to work with little to no supervision
+ Problem solving skills
+ Able to work in a team environment
+ Typing Skills
+ Organizational and planning skills
+ Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects and deadlines consistently and accurately
+ Data collection and management
+ Attention to detail
