Ingredion in Dubai is looking for a Technologist with NPD and Customer Management expience to support the Go-to-market team!

As a Technical Services Technologist, you will have well-developed knowledge and skills for technical support. Proficient in applying established professional, technical, and administrative disciplines.

This role reports to the Area Sales Manager, Middle East

What you will do:   

Be the technical point of contact for assigned customers and provide comprehensive technical support throughout the innovation processConduct application trials involving formulation and process development Organize visits to/ from customers to the Ingredion Idea Labs (planning trials, meetings, and venue).Develop strong relationships across the technical and commercial teams.Documents technical work centrally and communicates project results internally as well as externally to customers. Evaluation of customer and competitor portfolio to gain insights and share knowledge with the team

What you will bring:   

Degree, or equivalent, in Food Technology or Food Engineering or other relevant disciplineExperience in a Technical Service, NPD, or Applications team in specialty food ingredients.Experience of supporting and leading small projects delivering product innovation and proven track record of technically supporting customers in the food industryFluent in English (verbal & written),Fluent in Arabic would be a plusAbility to travel within the region up to 40% of the working time
