The **Technical Service Specialist** is responsible for providing level two support to our customer base – handling installations, complex repairs, longer duration instrument hardware or software upgrades and providing basic training to customers. **What You'll do:** + Perform new customers and laboratorysite inspectionsfor new contracts. + Provide level two service (complex service interventions requiring more than two hours of labor time). + Installationof instruments andlaboratory automationsystems. + Perform IQOQ (InstallationQualificationOperation Qualification) procedures during and afterinstallation. + Schedule, perform and documenthardwareandsoftware updates(TSBs) requiring more than 2 hours of labor time. + Deliver basic customer operator introductory trainings post install or posthardwareorsoftware upgrade. + Keep track of own spare parts stock. **Required qualifications and background:** + University degree in a related field is preferred (engineering degree in medical / electrical / mechanical ormedical technology), other Technical School diplomas are also welcome. + At least 3 years of experience inservice engineeringis a must (experience indiagnostics equipmentormedical devices serviceis desired). + Good knowledge of basicITand networking. + Excellentcommunication skillsandteam orientation. + Very good command of English and fluent Greek. + Ability to identify and drive resolution of issues. + Excellent experience in use ofanalytical toolsand software. + Ability to travel across territory of responsibility. + Class Bdriving license.
