We’re looking for a passionate and skilled: **Technical Service Specialist** **Why This Role Matters** As a **Technical Service Specialist** , you’ll be at the heart of our mission—ensuring our diagnostic instruments perform at their best to support accurate and timely patient care. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and upgrading our systems, supporting installations, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. **What You’ll Do** + Be the **first line of support** for Abbott Ambassadors, resolving service issues efficiently (under 4 hours labor time). + **Plan and execute maintenance** activities to ensure optimal instrument performance. + Assist with **instrument installations and deinstallations** , contributing to seamless transitions for our clients. + Support **hardware and software upgrades** (TSBs) to keep systems up to date. **How Success is Measured** + **Customer satisfaction** (NPS) + Achievement of **service KPIs** + Contribution to **economic growth and profitability** in your district **What We’re Looking For** + **Bachelor’s degree** or equivalent experience in: + Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Biotechnology, or Clinical Engineering + **2–3 years of experience** in a similar technical service role + Proven ability to **engage with lab staff and healthcare professionals** + Strong **technical expertise** in diagnostic instruments + Excellent **communication and problem-solving skills** + Proficiency in **analytical tools and software** **Why Abbott?** At Abbott, you’ll be part of a company that values innovation, integrity, and impact.
