You will have access to: + Careerdevelopmentwith an international company where you can grow the career you dream of. + Competitive salaries, bonus potential and excellent package of benefits. + A company recognized as a great place to work in dozens of countries around the world and named one of the most admired companies in the world by Fortune. + A company that is recognized as one of the best big companies to work for as well as a best place to work for diversity, working mothers, female executives, and scientists. **The Opportunity** For our **Abbott** **Core** **Diagnostics Division in Abbott Laboratories in Serbia** we are looking for a talented, well-motivated person to join our field support team as a **Technical Service** **Specialist.** The Technical Service Specialist is responsible for providing level two support to our customer base – handling installations, complex repairs, longer duration instrument hardware or software upgrades and providing basic training to customers and Abbott Ambassadors. **What You'll do** **:** + Perform new customers and laboratorysite inspectionsfor new contract /tenderpreparations anddesignfor new installations. + Provide level two service (complex service interventions requiring more than four hours of labor). + Installationof instruments, AbbottLink, andautomation. + Perform IQOQ (InstallationQualification Operation Qualification) procedures during and afterinstallation. + Assist with customerbusiness reviews. + Schedule, perform and documenthardwareandsoftware updates(TSBs) requiring more than 2 hours of labor time. + Deliver basic customer operator introductorytrainingspost install or posthardwareorsoftware upgrade. **Required qualifications and background:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelors /Engineeringdegree in medical / electrical / mechanical or medical technology is preferred. + Excellentcommunicationskills. + Very good command ofEnglishand Serbian is a must. + More than 2 years of experience asTechnical ServiceSpecialist and or a proven track record in a similar position, supported bymanagementand customer references. + Successful engagement with customers, specifically key stakeholders and lab staff. + Excellent product andindustry knowledge. + Excellent experience and process skills of the business functions service delivery. + Ability to identify and drive resolution of issues. + Technical expert for product line responsibility. + Excellent experience in use ofanalyticaltools and software.
