Its technologies are used in hospitals and labs worldwide to improve patient care. **About the Role:** As a **Technical Service Specialist** , you will play a key role in ensuring our diagnostic instruments operate at peak performance. Your responsibilities will include: + Performing planned and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) on diagnostic equipment. + Executing hardware and software upgrades (TSBs). + Delivering first-line technical support in accordance with service agreements. + Assisting with instrument installations and deinstallations. + Ensuring high customer satisfaction and contributing to economic growth in your district. + Traveling within your designated service area. **Your Profile** + A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
