Summary: Seeking a Technical Service Engineer with expertise in nonwoven materials to enhance manufacturing processes and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

BS degree in Engineering 5 years of Manufacturing Process Engineering experience Experience with nonwoven materials (fibers, films, adhesives, metals) Strong Design of Experiments experience and statistical analysis

Preferred Skills:

Ability to suggest changes to improve process control, cost, quality, and efficiency Experience coordinating plant trials and evaluating results Proficient in creating reports, graphs, or visuals to communicate trends

Responsibilities:

Provide expertise on processing MAT/nonwoven materials Solve technical processing problems and modify processes for quality improvement Offer technical service assistance and product/process recommendations Collaborate with production and QC teams to resolve issues and review claims

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
