As a Hybrid CTS, you will be a key player in providing high‑quality service and technical support to both distributors and customers. You will act as a central link between clients, distributor teams, and Grifols internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination, timely issue resolution, and a strong technical presence in the region. This is a field‑based role, requiring frequent travel within Malaysia. **What your main responsibilities will be** You will have the opportunity to: + **Deliver high-quality first-line technical support:** Provide timely on-site service, technical assistance, troubleshooting, and user support to customers and distributors. + **Manage and close service work orders accurately:** Ensure full compliance with DxCTS SOPs, maintaining proper documentation and timely completion of service activities. + **Support distributor teams with advanced (1.5-level) technical expertise:** Act as the technical backbone for distributor service teams, enabling them to resolve more complex issues and strengthening their troubleshooting capabilities. + **Facilitate communication and coordination across teams:** Gather critical technical information, communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders, and prepare regular reports, data analyses, and regional updates. + **Lead training and data-driven improvements:** Conduct structured training sessions, create technical reference materials, perform service data analysis, and support continuous improvement of technical operations. **Who you are** + You have a Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. + You have minimum 5 years’ experience in repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting medical devices, IVD instruments preferred. Experience in Molecular Diagnostics or Immunohematology is preferred. + You possess organizational, communication and documentation skills.
