What you will do

Perform installation, commissioning, testing, and preventive maintenance for Stryker products across Malaysia.Deliver first-level repairs and technical troubleshooting to ensure optimal product performance.Conduct technical training for customers and dealers on proper product usage and handling.Manage spare parts, tools, and field inventory to support efficient service operations.Schedule and execute engineering updates and preventive maintenance visits as required.Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to enhance customer satisfaction.Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.Maintain compliance with company standards and industry regulations, including ADVAMED guidelines.

What you need

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in technical service within a multinational commercial setting.Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining technical equipment.Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the medical device industry.Familiarity with inventory management and technical documentation.

Additional Information

Location: Malaysia (nationwide coverage).Work arrangement: Field-based with travel across Malaysia.Occasional flexible hours may be required to meet customer needs.
