Technical Security Analyst

The Global Security Organization's Business Security Office International is hiring a Technical Security Analyst.

In this Hybrid role, the TSA will be cross functional between BSO and Escalated Incident Management teams. They will be analyze risks to the business from a technical perspective, supporting Global Product and GETS teams in technical analysis and risk assessments. They will also provide incident management expertise when a cyber event occurs, managing the incident start to finish with a strong leadership approach.

Working closely with peers in both groups, this hybrid role requires expertise and ability to look a big-picture risk within the ESI business.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

 

Here's what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a TSA at ADP.

Security Incidents: Manage Escalated Cyber incidents end-to-end, bringing in SME and business stakeholders to ensure containment and appropriate coordination of the event. Spot the risks: Identify control gaps and by performing IT Security Threat, Vulnerabilities and Risks assessments covering Infrastructure Security and Application Security. Prioritize Technical Issues by Risk. IT Security Consulting. Working with GPT teams to support in their security needs. Be an ambassador for the GSO and support the BSO team with security analysis. Help grow the BSO team. Add knowledge and expertise to an already well established BSO & EIMT group. Program Management. Contribute to program improvements in metrics and BAU initiatives.

 

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

Experience in information security, particularly cyber security. Experience in Incident Management and Risk Management. Strong communication skills are essential. Experience in implementing prescribed security risk remediation’s plans. Ability to clearly understand IT technical concepts. Deep knowledge of current and trending computer security issues, IT and privacy risks, and security requirements Good knowledge of Cloud technology. Previous experience in CIRC/SOC environment will be welcomed. Good knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle, and application security. Knowledge of IT security audit Framework (like ISO27001). Experience with Security tooling a plus. Proficiency with MS-Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
