We boldly go. **Job Summary：** **Responsibilities:** · Primarily design for mechanical system and Control · Make the project BOQ and working with sub-contractor for costing · Perform walk through at job site and to verify existing condition as per plan. · Understand the contract, scope of works and fulfilment of projects. · To prepare project schedule, method statement, RA. · To attend project meeting and prepare minutes of meeting. · Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support. · Perform overall quality control of work and report regularly on project status. · Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems and completing them within the project schedule. · Other ad-hoc assigned by time by direct Manager based on Service business’s needs **Qualifications:** · Degree/ Diploma in HVAC engineering or its equivalent · Min 3 years of ACMV project design experience in HVAC industry (Contracting background) · Strong customer management, orientation & problem-solving skills · Able to switch to Retrofit Sale Consultant · Excellent sale communication & interpersonal skills · Project management and supervision skills · Ability to work well independently · Demonstrated ability to complete tasks within deadlines and work well under pressure · Knowledge & proficient in Microsoft Project & PowerPoint · 3D chiller plant Modeling and Rendering is mandatary. **Key Competencies:** We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
