Our client is is looking Technical-Sales Specialities Adhesives - SPAIN

Location: Barcelona region, home office based

Permanant position, full time

Attactive package composed with fix + bonus + company car

 

Required a dynamic personality who is customer oriented with solid Technical and commercial background.

The successful candidate will need to have tenacity to maintain this on a long-term basis. Therefore, it is important that they have the capability to use their own initiative and work independently.

The successful candidate will be expected to have technical understanding of materials technology for the key market in Adhesives / Specialties Chemicals sectors – Experience in Aerospace & Defense will be a plus

This position reports to the General Manager Spain.

 

Main Missions/Objectives:

Responsible for developing new customers in Adhesive Bonding Technology Maintaining the current customer portfolio by visiting on a regular basis, assisting them in their process. Technical support - Help customers to improve their processes and advise about the right product. Responsible for sales and margin in his/her region(mainly Barcelona/Catalunya) Competition follow up - Protecting customers by keeping customer loyalty. Following orders from to the creation to the delivery. Keeping and developing relationships to all levels in customers organizations

 

Qualification requirements:

Bachelor, Engineer/Master degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Materials engineering Over 3-5 years’ experience - Commercial background role in specialties adhesives sector, experience in Aerospace & Defense will be a plus. A record of successful new product / New customer acquisition - “Hunter” Customer/Result oriented Dynamic, Self demanding, entrepreneurial spirit, team player, willing to learn and grow. Spanish, English fluent both oral and written Willingness to travel mostly in Spain/Catalunya, up to 60 %
