【Responsibilities 岗位职责】

Drive business development by leading key SUT projects in the assigned territory and coordinating cross-functional resources to achieve business targets.
主导辖区内重点 SUT 项目,协调跨职能资源推动业务增长。Provide technical solutions for customer bioprocessing workflows based on SUT products; collaborate with global and local teams to execute product and sales strategies.
基于客户生物工艺流程提供 SUT 技术解决方案,并与全球及本地团队协作推进产品与销售策略执行。Manage customer molecule pipelines by tracking development stages, understanding future demand, and enabling early engagement in project workflows.
通过跟进客户分子管线、理解开发阶段与未来需求,实现项目流程的前置介入与持续管理。Adopt an early-seeding and workflow-selling mindset to influence customer decisions early and position SUT solutions across the full bioprocess lifecycle.
以 early seeding 和 workflow 销售思维主动影响客户早期决策,在整体生物工艺流程中布局 SUT 解决方案。Manage key accounts and advance opportunities through technical engagement, including sample testing follow-up, onsite demonstrations, URS responses, technical discussions, and presentations.
通过样品测试跟进、现场演示、URS 回复及技术交流等方式推进重点客户机会。Identify and develop new opportunities to build a strong and sustainable project pipeline supporting long-term growth.
持续挖掘新商机,构建健康、可持续发展的项目管线。Work with global technical teams to address inquiries related to product application, quality, and documentation.
与全球技术团队协作,解决应用、质量及文件相关的技术问题。Maintain strong technical expertise on Thermo Fisher SUT products, bioprocessing applications, and competitive technologies.
持续提升对赛默飞 SUT 产品、生物工艺应用及竞争产品的技术认知。Support emerging market and application development to expand product adoption and increase market share.
推动新应用与新兴市场的拓展,提高产品应用度与市场份额。

【Job Requirements 任职要求】

Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioprocessing, or related fields.
生命科学、生物技术、生物工艺等相关专业本科及以上学历。Strong understanding of bioprocessing workflows and biopharmaceutical production; familiarity with single-use technologies preferred.
具备生物工艺流程和生物制药生产的扎实理解;熟悉一次性技术者优先。Experience in cell culture and/or sales or technical support of single-use products is preferred.
具有细胞培养经验,以及一次性产品销售或技术支持经验者优先。Ability to manage customer molecule pipelines and anticipate SUT-related needs across development stages.
能够管理客户分子管线,并预判各研发阶段的 SUT 需求。Demonstrated skills in technical communication, customer engagement, and solution-based selling.
具备优秀的技术沟通能力、客户互动能力及解决方案式销售技能。Business development mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities early and drive workflow-based sales.
具备业务拓展意识,能够早期识别商机并推动基于流程的销售模式。Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to work independently with global teams.
具备跨部门协作能力,并能独立与全球团队推进技术事务。Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented, with strong project execution capability.
自驱主动、结果导向,具备出色的项目执行能力。Good written and spoken English preferred.
具备良好的英文读写及沟通能力者优先。Willingness to travel as required.
