Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support in Bio-production Process projects, particularly Mabs production mainly for our key industrial accounts.Assist commercial team in identifying customer opportunities, needs, determine technical feasibility of custom requestsProvide troubleshooting on issues that arise related to end-User’s technical skills, experiment design or unexpected resultsAct as liaison between China team and headquarter of the business unit and production site in USProvide training to internal staff and seminars to external customer to increase the awareness of the cell culture product line.Assist with translations of technical material into ChineseOther duties as required

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

4 years or above of hands-on work experiences with CHO cell cultureM.S. degree or above in biotechnology or life sciencesStrong evidence of ability to implement and execute plans.Outstanding problem solving, communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, proactive work ethics. Able to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision of the manager.Frequent Travel will be requiredEnglish (Oral and written fluency)
