Technical Sales Specialist – Digital Health Solutions (Netherlands)
As a **Technical Sales Specialist** , you will work at the crossroads of technology, healthcare, and commercial growth. You’ll support hospitals and clinics in adopting our digital ecosystem, ensuring seamless implementation while contributing to regional sales objectives. This role is ideal for someone who is both **IT‑savvy** and **commercially minded** , with experience in healthcare environments and strong field presence. **What You Will Do** **Drive Digital Implementations** + Install and configure software packages and cloud solutions at healthcare sites. + Ensure full compatibility with local IT systems and define user access rights. + Train clinicians, nurses, and IT teams on software, cloud tools, and ADC products. + Act as the single point of contact for all software-related questions. **Provide Field Support & Continuous Improvement** + Conduct on-site visits: proactive follow-up, maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support. + Identify technical obstacles and co‑implement improvement and mitigation plans. + Translate local challenges and customer service insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams and global evaluation. **Support Commercial Growth** + Collaborate with Account Managers to achieve sales targets within your assigned region. + Ensure the digital ecosystem is fully embedded in each healthcare institution to drive adoption, patient acquisition, and retention. + Act as a key liaison with EMR systems and digital health partners to optimize data exchange. **Bridge Teams & Customer Experience** + Connect healthcare institutions, 3rd‑party support teams, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. + Feed structured field and user feedback into continuous-improvement loops. **What You Bring** + Bachelor’s/Master’s in technical, IT, engineering, or commercial fields, or equivalent experience. + 4+ years with high‑value technical solutions; healthcare experience is an asset. + Experience interacting with clinicians, IT teams, and senior stakeholders. + Knowledge of networking protocols, cloud solutions, databases; MS Office proficiency. + Fluent in Dutch and English. + Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills. + Proactive, independent, adaptable, and collaborative, with interest in sales and business development. **What We Offer** + A dynamic, field‑based role where technology meets purpose. + The chance to directly influence digital health adoption and patient experience. + A supportive team and opportunities to grow within the digital health space. **Equal Opportunity Statement (Netherlands)** We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and do not discriminate based on gender, age, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion, or any characteristic protected by Dutch law.
