The Opportunity

This position is based in Singapore under our Cardiac Rhythm Management Division.

As the Technical Sales Representative, you will provide technical support to physicians during device implant and to meet sales target assigned

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform CRMD product in-service and sales call to current and potential customers in assigned territoriesPlan and execute sales and marketing activities to achieve AOP, maximize market share and achieve marketing goals in assigned territoriesFormulate Sales Plan, Revenue tracking report and Account Profile of customers in assigned territoriesManage consignment stocks in assigned territoriesProvide technical service and support and patient follow-up to external customersProvide training to nurses, referral doctors, health care workers and team membersObtain market Intelligence such as competitor product, pricing, marketing programs etcUnderstand local government healthcare policy and market trendsHandle and process customer complaints in a timely manner and in accordance to SJM requirementAssist in clinical research, when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Diploma in Biomedical SciencePreferably with a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical or related fieldPreferably with related hospital working experience, familiar with workflow and processes in the hospitalCandidates without related qualifications but with related working experience will be considered.Some sales experience is preferred

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as back-up for other CRMD team membersTo be on call for emergency/follow-ups cases during weekends or after office hoursHandle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to Abbott Medical Asia’s and Abbott Medical Singapore’s policy and requirementExecute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Medical Asia and Abbott Medical SingaporeEnsure applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Medical Asia and Abbott Medical Singapore are executedPerform other related functions and responsibilities assigned by supervisor
