ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will build relationships and become the customers first call when they have a problem or need. Set your own schedule and priorities to deliver customer value.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:
Operate independently and with support of Industry Specialists, Shop Services and Customer Service teamsCall on current and prospective customers to grow the businessDeliver solutions-based proposals and products to address those customer needs/goalsDrive cost savings, efficiencies and increased safety in the customers operationsConsult with customers to understand their pain points and improvement goalsWork to become a trusted consultant, problem solver and first call for your customersConduct product presentations and demos at customer sitesUtilize manufacturer representatives to assist in solving customer issues and demonstrationsLearn about Motions diverse product and services offeringsGrow your knowledge to increase your value to your customersParticipate in Motion and manufacturer trainingShare your big ideas, learn from your mistakes, ask for help and lend a hand when neededTHE WORK EXPERIENCE AT MOTION CANADA INCLUDES:
