STS Technical Services is hiring a Technical Sales Representative in Westminster, Colorado.

Our client, a major electronic signage company, is seeking a dynamic and technically proficient sales professional to drive the growth of electronic signage software solutions. This role manages the entire sales cycle, from lead generation through closing deals, with a focus on delivering value to clients in the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the retail sector Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to tailor solutions to client requirements Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective clients Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives Prepare and negotiate contracts and pricing proposals Coordinate training sessions for new and existing clients Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems Represent company at industry events and trade shows Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in technical sales within the manufacturing industry Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., NetSuite) Excellent communication, organizational, and management skills Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively About STS Technical Services
