Weatherford is currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Manager – Production and Intervention Services to support our North America Offshore operations. This position combines technical expertise with strategic sales capabilities to drive business growth and lead high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will leverage in-depth product knowledge to effectively position and sell specialized tools, technologies, and services within an assigned portfolio while providing mentorship and direction to team members. This is a critical, customer-facing leadership role requiring both commercial acumen and strong technical understanding of production and intervention solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead and execute strategic sales initiatives for specific tools, technologies, and services within an assigned portfolio
+ Develop and mentor team members to achieve sales targets and professional growth objectives
+ Work directly with clients at their locations to provide high-level product knowledge and support
+ Identify cross-selling opportunities across different segments and orchestrate collaborative efforts to capitalize on them
+ Contribute to sales strategy development and annual budget planning, providing leadership in forecasting and resource allocation
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective relationship management
+ Drive team performance through clear goal-setting, performance management, and accountability measures
+ Champion organizational values and create a culture of excellence within the sales organization
**Qualifications Required**
+ 4+ years of industry technical or operational experience in the energy services sector
+ 6+ years of sales experience in a related field, including 3+ years in a leadership or management capacity
+ Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and driving revenue growth
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
+ Demonstrated ability to quickly develop comprehensive knowledge of production and intervention product and service offerings
+ Strong negotiation skills with focus on margin performance
+ Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities with a focus on long-term business development
+ Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing talent within sales organizations
