Job Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition, retention, and satisfaction of our customers. This role involves overseeing inbound and outbound marketing efforts, managing customer relationships, coordinating with the production team on product technicalities, and maintaining accurate sales documentation and CRM data. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical aptitude for flow measurement solutions, and proven experience in B2B or industrial sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries (e.g., manufacturing, energy, water management).
- Provide technical consultation to clients, understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or translatable industry sales experience.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a technical setting: product implementations (not software), equipment, parts, OEM, aerospace etc.
- Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to translate features into customer benefits.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
