Technical Sales Manager

We’re looking for a strategic and driven- **Technical Sales Manager** -to lead growth initiatives for our Glass Service Group. Join a pioneering company at the forefront of Model-Based Predictive Control (MPC) and advanced process automation. We’re seeking a dynamic and technically skilled sales manager to drive our expansion in the glass manufacturing sector across the U.S. and Canada. - In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how we serve glassmakers and expanding our footprint across the U.S. and Canada. + Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share and revenue for Glass Service solutions. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the glass manufacturing sector. + Lead commercial negotiations and present pricing strategies to ensure optimal outcomes. + Conduct technical presentations, site visits, and lead field trials. + Collaborate with SEFPRO sales managers and Glass Service teams in Europe to align on solutions and execution. + Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting. + Ensure seamless coordination with internal departments to deliver high-quality customer experiences. + Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) + Proven experience in the glass manufacturing industry (at least 3 years) (required) + Understanding of process control systems or MPC (preferred) + Strong negotiation and influencing skills, both internally and externally. + Proficiency in digital tools such as Salesforce and BI platforms. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Resilience, persistence, and a growth mindset. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $95,000 to $115,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. - In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is TARGET BONUS% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is 10% to 20%. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
