As Technical Sales Lead, you will provide leadership to your team to shape and develop operational plans to meet business needs. You will contribute to the execution of successful sales strategies for your region. You will be delivering successful outcomes for industry players through innovation, strategic solutions and building relationships.
As a Technical Sales Lead, you will be responsible for:
Leading your regional sales team to help improve strategy, relationship development and customer focusPositioning our technology and identifying the best technical and commercial solutions to gain and grow new businessPromoting the business value proposition of Baker Hughes technology through identifying new markets and building key relationshipsCollaborating with cross-functional sales teams to increase market penetrationProviding technical guidance and support for our product range to create solutions for our customersBuilding long-term relationships with potential and existing regional customers to understand future needs and requirementsFuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited universityHave a minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical SalesHave technical and operational experience in Drilling & Completions FluifBe able to lead and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyHave a natural ability to engage, influence and build relationships with customers and teams across the businessHave good problem solving and troubleshooting skills with a hands-on approachWork in a way that works for you
