Who will you be working with?

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative commercial team focused on delivering high-impact technical solutions to the rail and industrial sectors. The team works closely with engineering, supply chain, and after-sales to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities by offering innovative technical solutions that enhance customer performance, efficiency, and safety. You will act as a consultative partner, connecting market needs with Wabtec’s portfolio of products and services. This role supports strategic clients in the rail and transportation sectors, leading the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

What do we want to know about you?

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related fields) or Business Administration with strong technical background

Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the rail, automotive, or capital goods industries

Solid knowledge of B2B negotiation processes and complex sales cycles

Strong communication skills across all organizational levels

Advanced English (Spanish is a plus)

Availability to travel

What will your typical day look like?

Identify, prospect, and manage technical sales opportunities with strategic clients

Conduct consultative diagnostics to understand technical needs and propose customized solutions

Prepare commercial and technical proposals aligned with customer specifications and company guidelines

Maintain long-term relationships with clients, strengthening Wabtec’s market presence

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality delivery and on-time execution

Monitor market trends, competition, and technologies to support commercial strategies

Achieve sales, margin, and portfolio growth targets

Relocation assistance may be provided if eligibility requirements are met.
