Technical Sales Engineer

Position Summary

 Presales support
 Develop close working relationship with Samsung AC partners through product knowledge & experience
 PJT design and unit selection
 Technical product training on Samsung SAC products
 Sales training on Samsung SAC products
 On site & virtual installation support
 Commissioning support
 Trouble shooting & post-sales support

Role and Responsibilities

 Ensuring the necessary skills are transferred to Samsung AC partners for the success full installation & commissioning of VRF systems
 Support senior sales engineer in RHQ & branches with regards all aspects of job description
 Sales support through PJT management, VRF training, fault finding &

commissioning support

 Support sales team with regards design & product knowledge
 Offer all forms of technical support to Samsung SAC partners
 Transfer of VRF installation & commissioning knowledge through specifically designed training programs

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:
 Senior certificate in air-conditioning & refrigeration

 T3
 3 years’ experience in VRF training & support
 3 years VRF trouble shooting & fault finding
 3 years VRF commissioning
 3 years hands on VRF technical support

Experience:

 SAC design software
 AutoCAD experience & training
 AC installation training
 AC trouble shooting
 VRF commission
 VRF data analytics (preferred)
