Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive and analytical individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be joining a young, vibrant and international team who will support you throughout the duration of the graduate program to grow, develop and succeed.

What you’ll do :
During the two-year HPE Graduate Program, you will:
Attend and complete necessary/assigned technical certifications and trainings to further develop product, design and architecture knowledge around HPE’s solutions portfolio.Contribute to the creation of an appropriate technical solution to meet the customer’s requirementsMaintain good communications with customers and partners.Support team members in making business critical decisions effecting both strategy and pricing Compile data and provide analyses and business insightsWhat you’ll need:
Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in either 2025 or 2026 with a focus in business informatics, economics, IT or related subjectsUp to 12 months of relevant experienceStrong verbal and written communication skills in English. Any other languages such as Turkish, Polish or Czech would be advantageous, but not necessaryHigh proficiency in Excel and have working knowledge of MS OfficeDemonstrate a methodical approach with strong analytical and numerical skillsStrong interpersonal, presentation and planning skillsExcellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussionsWhat we’d prefer you bring:
Knowledge of Power BI or any other tools used for business insight analysisThe desire to embrace new ideas and fresh thinking and seek out ideas different than your own Experience as an active leader on campus who strives to make a positive impact on the world Comfort with working in a hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) environmentWhat you can expect from us :
