Job Description

Position Overview:

Reporting into the Assurance Sales manager Italy, Eurofins is now looking to recruit a young person with a dynamic character to build upon and further develop its Food and Consumer Assurance activities in Italy composed of food labelling services, certification, auditing (2nd part, social, quality, environmental, security)and training.

Key responsabilities:

Maintain, develop and grow customers ensuring the service proposed is adhering to customers’ needs.Enhance client relationship through provision of professional support services and customer careWork with existing partners and developing relation with others to drive business growth and visibility on the marketContribute to the establishment of sales plans and marketing campaignAnalyze existing monthly KPI and developing others in order to monitor the progressesWork with marketing resources accordingly

Essential Duties:

Applies good practices in all areas of responsibility, as appropriateBe very collaborative and able to work in a team when required but also autonomous and enterprisingOpen minded, self motivated , results orientatedAble to work under pressure and with tight deadlinesDemonstrate and promote the company visionMaintain confidentiality and impartiality in all aspects of work and adhere to all procedures established by Eurofins and its auditing clients.Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient mannerPerforms other duties as assignedAble to use CRM Sales force and report periodically using the company tools

QualificationsEquivalent of a high school or bachelor’s degreeHave knowledge of the main food safety certification/audit schemes and CRM toolA previous experience in sales roles or an equivalent experience of a couple of years in a Certification Body or in a consultancy company will be appreciatedMust be fluent in EnglishAnalytical skills and full proficiency with Office applications

Skills:

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact successfully with internal and external customers and develop communications and report to upper management.Demonstrated ability with personal computer software in a business environment, including word processing, spreadsheet, and email software, Project Management, and resource planning software
