Collaborate with engineering, commissioning, operations, and contractor teams to embed risk mitigation into design. Address overlaps and gaps between onshore and upstream scopes, particularly in areas like access control, telecom, and interface design. Participate in interface reviews to ensure safety responsibilities are clearly defined and not duplicated. Contribute to pre-commissioning and commissioning to ensure safety systems and procedures are fully implemented. Ensure technical safety aspects are incorporated into ICSS integration, OTPs, and SIMOPS documentation. Deliverables: Approved CER, TRA Assumptions Register, DRA, RRW, ALARP Demonstration, and MRR. Closure of all technical safety-related PHA/HAZOP actions. Documented SECE performance standards. Regular safety progress reports and lessons learned.
