**Job Description:**
Consult and assist with product problem management with dealers and mining customers across the assigned territory. Maximize customer loyalty while minimizing the commercial impact of customer complaints related to products, applications, physical availability and maintenance requirements through appropriate and timely use of resources, including Goodwill.
**What will you do:**
• Support dealers in managing Product Improvement Programs cost-effectively and within designated timeframes, including goodwill and warranty management.
• Create and prioritize CPI (Continuous Product Improvement) issues and develop action plans with the dealer and customer to manage downtime and costs.
• Build the dealer's technical capabilities to identify, improve, and manage product deficiencies, improve component life, lower operating costs, and ensure acceptable levels of physical availability.
• Ensure the successful introduction of new mining machine models into dealer territories and the marketplace.
• Provide technical guidance and counseling to dealers.

**Technical Excellence:** Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.
**Project Management:** Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
**Basic Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
+ Industry Knowledge
+ Experience working with Dealers
+ English Advanced
**Top candidates will also have:**
+ Experience with Caterpillar Dealers
+ Experience in technical support or technical product management.
**Additional Information:**
+ Availability to travel 25-50% within the assigned territory.
