2. Client Interaction:
Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs for Accounting, IT, and Engineering positions.
Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and effective recruiting strategies.
Develop job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers and ensure they accurately reflect the role?s requirements.
3. Candidate Management:
Manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
4. Technical & Market Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of technical roles in Accounting, IT, and Engineering, including industry-specific skills, certifications, and trends.
Stay updated on the latest hiring practices and technologies in these sectors.
5. Onboarding & Documentation:
Coordinate and ensure smooth onboarding processes for selected candidates.
Handle candidate documentation, contracts, and offer letters in compliance with company policies.
6.Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for improving recruitment processes, candidate sourcing strategies, and talent pool management.
Provide feedback and insights to senior management regarding candidate trends and recruitment challenges.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Experience in recruiting for niche technical roles in Accounting, IT, and Engineering.
-Knowledge of industry certifications (e.g., CPA, PMP, CISSP, etc.).
