Job Description
The Recruiter III role involves recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. The position also involves performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. The role requires a candidate with a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or a related area. The candidate should be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the recruiting field and rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage top talent through sourcing and candidate outreach.Review profiles and prepare candidate summaries.Conduct initial conversations with prospective candidates.Sync with hiring managers and participate in team meetings.Calibrate on role requirements and collaborate with peers on pipeline strategy.May lead and direct the work of others with a wide degree of creativity and latitude expected.Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.At least 8 years of experience in recruiting or a related area.Proficiency in recruiting, sourcing, and talent acquisition.Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).Strong in full-cycle recruiting and AI recruitment.Additional Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of sourcing experience.Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Friday with no overtime, weekend, or holiday work required. The team culture fosters a collaborative and supportive environment, with daily interactions among peers. The manager's style is hands-off, trusting the contractor to manage their workload and candidate pipelines independently, but is available to provide support when needed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.00 - $49.00/hr.
