\n\t\t\t\t\tKey Responsibilities:\n•\tOwn full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles across our growing Engineering, Technical and Corporate departments.\n•\tPartner with hiring managers to understand production schedules, program timelines, and engineering milestones to align recruiting urgency with business deliverables.\n•\tParticipate in workforce planning discussions with HR and leadership to anticipate future technical hiring needs.\n•\tProvide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring practices.\n•\tLead intake meetings to define role scope, required competencies, interview plans, and selection criteria.\n•\tDevelop talent pipelines for hard-to-fill, plant-based, and hands-on engineering roles where local market supply may be limited.\n•\tCreate and post job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through the interview process.\n•\tCoordinate assessments, lead interviews and offer process, debrief with hiring managers and partner with Recruiting Coordinator for support.\n•\tAdapt to evolving hiring priorities while maintaining a strong customer-service mindset for both candidates and internal stakeholders.\n•\tTrack metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and labor costs to optimize hiring efficiency.\n•\tMaintain compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and internal recruiting policies.\n•\tContribute to employer branding strategies and local outreach campaigns to enhance hiring outcomes.\n \nRequired Qualifications:\n•\tBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.\n•\t4–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an EV, automotive, or heavy equipment environment.\n•\tExperience recruiting for onsite or plant-based roles, with strong sourcing skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions (e.g., 20+ openings at a time).\n•\tExperience partnering directly with engineering or operations leaders\n•\tProven ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies and build diverse talent pipelines.\n•\tAbility to assess technical competencies in partnership with subject matter experts\n•\tStrong knowledge of recruitment technologies and a passion for improving and innovating processes to achieve creative and effective TA goals.\n•\tUnderstanding of basic immigration laws and work authorization/visa requirements\n•\tExcellent communication skills.\n•\tExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Paycor.\n•\tStrong interviewing, assessment, and candidate relationship management skills.\n•\tAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $39.00 - $46.00/hr.
