Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Technical Quality Manager to oversee our quality systems and ensure engineering excellence across our products and processes. This role is crucial to maintaining our reputation for reliability, performance, and environmental stewardship.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality assurance programs.Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts for technical processes.Interface between engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to ensure quality compliance.Establish and monitor KPIs for production and technical performance.Oversee internal audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring readiness and documentation.Champion quality training initiatives across departments.Collaborate in the design phase to build quality into products from the outset.Report on quality metrics to leadership and recommend data-driven improvements.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.5+ years of experience in quality management within a technical or manufacturing setting.Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with quality software tools and systems preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Thorough understanding of quality control standards and methodology.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Work Environment
The work environment is industrial by nature. The product is a fertilizer that is dry and ground down, producing a lot of dust. This fertilizer is not flammable or combustible.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
