As a Technical Projects and Operations Manager within Mastercard Dynamic Yield Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution and delivery of technical projects, optimizing team operations, and enabling seamless collaboration across development, QA, design, and product stakeholders. This role combines project leadership, operational excellence, and technical tool ownership, ensuring our teams deliver innovative, customer-facing solutions at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Operational Management
• Drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of technical projects across development, QA, and design teams.
• Balance sprint-based work with out-of-sprint requests (ad-hoc use cases, landing pages, campaign support).
• Monitor timelines, dependencies, and risks — ensuring priorities are clear and delivery is aligned with business goals.
• Support sprint planning and daily syncs as needed, with focus on outcomes and cross-team alignment.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, proactively resolve blockers, and ensure projects meet quality standards.
• Manage resource allocation and adjust priorities based on team capacity and business impact.
Tool & Platform Ownership
• Own and optimize project-critical tools (JIRA, BrowserStack, Postman, SendGrid).
• Ensure accurate task tracking and reporting in JIRA, introducing best practices and automation.
• Support onboarding of new tools and provide team training for adoption and effective use.
Project Scoping & Delivery
• Scope, plan, and oversee internal technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, success criteria, and timelines.
• Monitor progress and ensure high-quality deliverables that meet customer and business needs.
Customer-Facing Technical Enablement
• Act as a bridge between the development and product/customer-facing teams.
• Coordinate developer contributions to customer calls and external code repository projects.
• Drive the creation of reusable templates, plugins, and solutions that enhance customer success.
Process & Continuous Improvement
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and increase team efficiency.
• Standardize documentation, reporting, and knowledge-sharing practices across the team.
• Establish dashboards and analytics to track project health, velocity, and team performance.
• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven track record in technical project management and operations within a fast-paced, Agile environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with JIRA (administration/advanced workflows), BrowserStack, Postman, SendGrid, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Nice-to-have: Technical background (basic coding, QA, or systems knowledge), experience with SaaS, MarTech, or customer-facing platforms.
