Job Description:

Dynamic Yield, by Mastercard is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project and Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Sprint Planning and Management:
•\tCoordinate and manage sprint planning for development, QA, and graphic design teams.
•\tLead daily sprint meetings, ensuring action items are tracked and completed.
•\tManage out-of-sprint tasks, including unplanned use-cases, email, and landing page projects.

Tools and JIRA Ownership:
•\tMaintain and manage team-related tools such as JIRA, BrowserStack, Postman, SendGrid, and more.
•\tOversee the onboarding of new tools, ensuring seamless integration and adoption by the team.
•\tProvide training and support to team members on the effective use of these tools.
•\tEnsure all tasks and projects are accurately tracked and updated in JIRA.
•\tImplement best practices for JIRA usage and provide ongoing support to team members.

Internal Projects Scoping and Management:
•\tScope and manage internal projects from inception to completion.
•\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are achieved on time.

Customer-Oriented Developer Team Coordination:
•\tAct as a liaison between the developer team and product team, facilitating the creation of out-of-the-box templates and plugins.
•\tCoordinate developer involvement in customer calls and manage longer-term projects where development occurs in customer external code repositories.
Process Assistance:
•\tAssist in the development and implementation of processes to improve team efficiency and project delivery.
•\tIdentify areas for process improvement and work with stakeholders to implement changes.

Qualifications:
•\tBachelor's degree in information technologies or related fields is an advantage.
•\tProven experience in project management in a technical environment.
•\tStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies and sprint management.
•\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•\tAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
•\tStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•\tFluent in English, both written and verbal.
•\tAdvantage - Proficiency in JIRA, BrowserStack, Postman, SendGrid, and other project management and technical tools.
