Technical Project Manager III - Regulatory Governance

As a Technical Project Manager III in Technology Regulatory Governance team, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Job responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projectsIdentify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goalsUtilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementation

Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activitiesProject Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban.  Ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion.Technical Expertise: Understanding of technical aspects related to the projects being managed. This may include knowledge of software development, IT infrastructure, or specific technologies relevant to the organization.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey project goals, updates, and issues to stakeholders and team members.Time Management and Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and ensure that project deadlines are met.Risk Management: Skills in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders, understand their needs, and ensure their expectations are met.

Intelligence solutions and IA tools  (Indeval, Banxico and CNBV)Manage regulatory requirements and apply automation tools where possibleFluent in English
