As a Technical Project Manager III on the Tech for Social Good team, you will have the opportunity to support our mission of promoting impact in communities through your skills and the collective skills of JPMorganChase’s tech workforce. Your role will involve leveraging the skilled volunteerism of our tech employees to build tech capacity for socially focused organizations and increase access to tech experiences for community members of all ages. You will be part of ideation and hackathon-style events, pro-bono tech solution delivery, consultation services, and educational offerings. You will also have the chance to partner with various stakeholders across the firm, including HR, Corporate Responsibility, Communications/Marketing, and Legal to serve communities and technology staff across our 23 global technology center locations.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Formal training or certification as Technical Project Manager and 2+ years applied experience
Baseline knowledge in technical program management, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk managementDemonstrated ability to navigate and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience in supporting relationships with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and clients for project successCoordinate program work stream meetings and track weekly updates and scorecardsTravel to support in-person execution of programs across APACComply with JPMorgan Chase’s Employment and Engagement of Minors Firmwide Standard, including undergoing an annual criminal screening.Demonstrate strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.Organize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment across tactical and strategic initiativesLeverage experience in Project Management or Program Management, specifically within a global team and at scale.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
