Technical Project Manager - Advisor I

What does a successful Fiserv Project Manager do?
Within Professional Services in our Bank Solutions Business, you will have the opportunity to partner with key business stakeholders to ensure predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery. You will focus on planning, coordinating, and monitoring large-scale scope and budget projects. Previous experience with client-facing projects that span multiple business units or functional areas is deeply valuable.

What you will do:

Provide a holistic view of the overall project to the organization and all stakeholdersDefine the overall scope by building and maintaining a consolidated timelineIdentify and communicate dependencies and impacts to ensure ongoing controlDefine governance, outline roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and critical issue pathsEnsure success criteria are defined upfront to promote alignment and actively lead to expected outcomesActively communicate progress on an ongoing basis, ensuring visibility throughout the lifecycleFacilitate alignment and approach for all related Fiserv business areas to meet One Fiserv objectives

What you will need to have:

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent military experience5+ years of project management experience in driving large-scale projects in a matrixed environment4+ years of experience utilizing Project Management tools such as MS Project, Visio, and Power Point5+ years of relevant consulting experienceAbility to travel up to 25% within the United States

What would be great to have:

5+ years of experience in the banking, financial services, and/or software industries5+ years of experience within a Professional Services departmentProject Management Professional (PMP) certification

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship, now or in the future.This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.All offers of employment are contingent on standard background checks. Salary Range

$75,000.00 - $129,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
