Day to day Tasks/responsibilities:

Catalogue

Support Catalogue Maintenance tracking and planning aligned to established timelinesSupport content owners and contributors as POC for new support requests and 1st line of support for escalationsOwnership and closure of Feedback cases related to IP, working with the IP owners on updates and resolutionAct as a POC for IP owners and contributors on support requests and 1st escalations

Tooling and process:

Support with delivery reporting and follow upStandardize and drive consistency between GSA and CSA GD titles, processes, including templates and tools ensuring correct set-up of IP post publishing.Project management and shared accountability for components in Sirona, ESXP, TRC, Chrysalis, Engineering Hub, SSG IP, Cave and Teams/SharePoint as defined by the Dir. BPM

Can Build Copilot AgentsProficient in SharePoint OnlineProficient in Viva EngageExcelPowerApps (not essential but a plus)
