The role:
Our client is looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee a key capital investment project focused on upgrading production infrastructure and expanding operational capacity. The role involves end-to-end project leadership, including planning, budgeting, procurement, and execution, with a strong focus on automation and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

Lead the infrastructure upgrade and capacity expansion project Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules Coordinate procurement of specialized equipment Select and manage contractors and suppliers Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards Support automation and digitization efforts Report progress and risks to internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Process, or related Engineering fields Proven experience in project management within industrial or production environments Strong technical expertise and ability to work independently Experience with equipment procurement and installation Fluent in Dutch and English
