Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Technical Project Manager with a strong technical experience to join our team. You will be involved in clean-sheet design projects across various industries such as automotive, wearable electronics, robotics, aerospace, and clean energy. Our fast-paced environment emphasizes delivering high-quality solutions swiftly. The successful candidate will possess the ability to manage projects from inception to completion, while maintaining relationships and guiding technical teams to achieve optimal solutions.
ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage projects from start to end.Develop early project success strategies.Maintain and nurture existing client relationships.Handle contracting and budgeting.Guide technical teams to deliver the best solutions.Create buy-in across all stakeholders, both internally and externally.Act as the liaison between the customer and the technical team.Lead and motivate a technical team to achieve project goals.Essential SkillsUnderstanding of the product development life cycle.Experience in systems engineering.Proven experience as a Product Manager.Experience in product/project management with customer/client engagement.Software experience with hardware integration knowledge.2 years of engineering experience.2 years of project management or product management experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in hardware product development and integration of major engineering components.Knowledge in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software development, and industrial design.Experience in embedded hardware/controls development.Familiarity with system-level rapid prototyping techniques and materials.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/hr.
