Responsibilities + Own and manage projects from start to end. + Develop early project success strategies. + Maintain and nurture existing client relationships. + Handle contracting and budgeting. + Guide technical teams to deliver the best solutions. + Create buy-in across all stakeholders, both internally and externally. + Act as the liaison between the customer and the technical team. + Lead and motivate a technical team to achieve project goals. Essential Skills + Understanding of the product development life cycle. + Experience in systems engineering. + Proven experience as a Product Manager. + Experience in product/project management with customer/client engagement. + Software experience with hardware integration knowledge. + 2 years of engineering experience. + 2 years of project management or product management experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in hardware product development and integration of major engineering components. + Knowledge in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software development, and industrial design. + Experience in embedded hardware/controls development. + Familiarity with system-level rapid prototyping techniques and materials.
