Job DescriptionBachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.12+ years of experience in technical project management within mining, heavy industry, or infrastructure environments.Strong knowledge of IT/OT architecture, industrial automation, and networking protocols (SCADA, PLCs, DCS, Modbus, MQTT, etc.).Experience with cybersecurity standards for industrial environmentsFamiliarity with BHP’s technology ecosystem Proven track record managing projects and associated methodologies.Strong stakeholder management skills with fluency in Spanish & EnglishUnderstanding of Chilean mining regulations and operational safety standards.:Experience working in large-scale, remote mining environments.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across global and local teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in high-pressure environments
