We are looking for a client facing project manager with experience implementing technology enabled services and solutions to join the Integrated Health Practice. As a part of the team, you will be managing between 3 -5 client facing projects delivering technology solutions which are focused on improve patient care and / or quality of life.
Responsibilities:
1. Gain expertise associated with a suite of solution offerings to be delivered across a client base. Consult with the clients, and guide them towards solutions that are configurable in the existing solution offerings.
2. Review client statement of work, develop summary of scope to be used with internal and external teams as well as track status against contractually committed deliverables.
3. Manage all scope changes throughout the delivery lifecycle, anchoring back to the original statement of work, communicating changes to client, and both cost and timelines impacts of changes.
4. Facilitate client facing meetings throughout the project delivery lifecycle, document minutes / actions and track to closure.
5. Develop project schedule in conjunction with functional leads, identifying key dependencies, milestones and resource needs to deliver the project.
6. Ensure the IQVIA system development lifecycle is followed throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
7. Monitor progress against the schedule, leveraging JIRA dashboards to track progress of sprints.
8. Manage risks, issues and dependencies throughout the lifecycle of the project, working with the team to identify and track mitigating actions.
9. Define revenue phasing for the project based on the statement of work and recognize revenue on a monthly basis.
10. Identify the projected cost and gross margin associated with the project based on resource needs. Track profitability on a monthly basis.
11. Coordinate with cross functional teams to track status and plan project delivery, including release management, development operations, product management

1. Experience in managing difficult conversations around scope creep, product offerings or budget.
2. Experience in adapting messaging for client stakeholders and internal stakeholders.
3. Experience in independent ramp-up on evolving product offerings
4. Experience in implementing technology solutions to external clients.

6. Experience in managing agile projects leveraging a scrum methodology
