Are you organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to complex technical projects? We are looking for a motivated Technical Project Assistant to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects. In this position, you will focus on technical documentation, drawings, and administrative support, collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, sales engineers, and technicians. Your contribution will be essential to delivering high-quality results, both internally and for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and update technical drawings, including process and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) and flow diagramsEnsure correct version control and management of technical documentation in accordance with standards and client requirementsMaintain document management systems (DMS) and archive project materialsPrepare and coordinate documentation packages for project deliveryProvide administrative support to projects, such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and following up on tasksSupport quality assurance activities, including validation and compliance (e.g., GMP, ISO)Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and clientsAssist project managers with planning, reporting, and scheduling.KvalifikationerRelevant technical education, e.g., Technical Designer, Design Technologist, Constructing Architect, or similarExperience with technical documentation and drawing, preferably within process plants or the pharmaceutical industryUnderstanding of P&ID and technical plant conceptsExperience with documentation under GMP conditions is an advantageProficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and document management systemsStrong skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication skills in English (Danish is an advantage), both written and verbalAbility to work in a structured, independent, and collaborative manner – with curiosity and a willingness to learn and take responsibility.Yderligere informationerTeam & Culture
