As a Technical Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the next-generation delivery technology work process and customer/driver experience, directly managing large cross-functional programs that support Safety and Delivery Assistance Technologies.

ResponsibilitiesDrive large cross-team projects that span multiple technology and operational teams.Develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives and execute them effectively.Anticipate bottlenecks and provide escalation management.Make trade-offs and balance business needs versus technical constraints.Break down large, complex projects into manageable pieces and deliver functional specifications.Provide leadership, high judgment, and negotiation skills to influence project outcomes.Manage programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.Essential Skills5 years of technical product or program management experience.5 years of working directly with engineering teams.3 years of software development experience.5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong technical design skills.Ability to drive tough decision-making, balancing business goals, technical implications, and time to market.Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills.Proven results-oriented focus on delivery.Additional Skills & Qualifications5 years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.Experience scaling hardware projects to new revisions and new geographies.Experience defining KPIs/SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to leadership.Work Environment

This position is onsite in Santa Cruz, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr.
