Partner with the best

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for wing-to-wing execution of information protection DTE and IET ENG Transformation program . Partners with functional , legals, technical product owner and DT team to define program requirements and  works with them to ensure outcomes delivery on time, within scope, budget and of desired quality also identifying and putting in place recovery plan, if needed.
Makes sure project management practices are followed and improved as needed.

You will be responsible for:

Be responsible of information protection program execution adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and program requirements.Coordinate the information protection program plan definition with related milestones, deliverables, resources and budgets.Lead the multifunctional program team as well as external vendors, if required, to achieve company targets.Monitor program progress by dedicated KPIs.Support program execution with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies.Identify and proactively manage risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the program.Apply Project Management practices. Drive simplification and improvement as needed.Support the DTE portfolio management promptly highlighting financial risks & opportunities .Be recognized as reference point among functions acting as IET ENG single point of contact.Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting providing timely updates on significant issues or developments.Coach, mentor and lead the program team.Ensure the program team receives consistent messages and has clear understanding of business direction, strategy and results.

To be successful in this role you will:

Bachelor's Degree in “STEM” or Economics  .Minimum 2 years of professional experience working with BH.Expert in Need to Know approach and methodologies.2 years minimum experience as technical coordinator for cybersecurity activities aimed to information protection.People leader experience in an international environment.Excellent written and verbal communications skills both in English and Italian. A third language will be considered a plus.Strong interpersonal skills.Effective team building and problem solving abilities.Persists to completion, especially in the face of overwhelming odds and setbacks. Pushes self for results; pushes others for results through team spirit.Experience in using Rally tool and Microsoft Project.Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternative approaches for solving problems.Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts.
