As a Technical Program Manager II, you will lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional programs that span both hardware test systems and enterprise-scale software platforms supporting global manufacturing operations.

As a Technical Program Manager II, you will own program schedules, budgets, and stakeholder alignment across engineering, operations, and supplier teams. You will drive the development and deployment of manufacturing test strategies for key subsystems—RF, audio, optical, touch, and sensors—while also managing the software lifecycle for internal tools, data platforms, and automation frameworks.

This position plays a critical role in Microsoft’s modernization journey, leveraging AI, digital management tools (e.g., Power BI), and predictive analytics to improve test coverage, reduce cycle time, and enable data-driven decision-making. You will help shape the future of manufacturing test engineering by integrating business rigor with technical depth in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
