Skills and Requirements • Bachelors Degree • 7+ years of experience in program or project management in within the finance, insurance, banking, or highly a regulated industries • Last several projects must be digital workplace focused o AV/Zoom, Microsoft 365, Enterprise Voice, Network/Endpoint management • Experience with SCRUM, Agile, and Jira • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • SCRUM or Agile certifications • Smartsheet knowledge and familiarity • Deep technical understanding of end user technology • Local to Zionsville, Waltham, or Fort Lauderdale
