As a Technology Program Manager with responsibility to drive positive outcomes for strategic technology objectives through thought leadership, organizational design, management, execution and delivery. Responsible for providing oversight and accountability for technology projects and programs of varying sizes, including transformational initiatives, with a focus on risk identification and remediation. Influences and leads large-scale change initiatives. Responsible for program financials, resource management and allocation, portfolio health, and executive reporting. As a Senior Business Consultant, understand client problems stated or implied, identify and recommend solutions to achieve business objectives. Specific activities may change from time to time. + Provides leadership to direct and oversee the strategy, planning and implementation of technology initiatives + Partners closely with technology leaders, business leaders and subject matter experts to develop program execution strategies, plans and timelines + Defines, develops and implements an effective program operating model and governance framework to drive consistency of delivery across all workstreams + Builds relationships and collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments + Proactively monitors and addresses any risks or issues that could compromise on-time delivery, escalating as needed to minimize impacts + Facilitates and leads program meetings to solicit and provide status updates to key stakeholders, technology and business leadership + Creates, executes and monitors program level communication, quality and change management strategies + Manages project deadlines, budgets, delivery and acceptance of program deliverables ensuring high quality + Adheres to client project management and technology delivery lifecycle processes, standards and guidelines + Documents client problem statements and impacts to their business + Defines complex business/technology solutions to address client needs + Creates client presentations and proposals with clear storylines outlining recommendations and resolutions Required Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience + Prior technology or business consulting experience + At least 5 Years of Program Management experience in a technology environment + At least 10 Years of Project Management experience in a technology environment + Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies + Proven track record of excellent project delivery, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment + Partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels to manage, inform and influence outcomes + Desire and ability to develop project and program deliverables with the ability to coach and develop high-performing project teams + Demonstrated executive level verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate technical jargon into simplified and concise communications + Highly articulate and demonstrates executive presence + Ability to travel to client locations at least 50% of the time for project delivery work **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience delivering project and programs in the Banking and Financial Services Industry + Demonstrated understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, and needs + Experience implementing large and complex initiatives within a multi-vendor, matrixed organization + Strong skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project) + Strong grasp of project management and technology development lifecycle **About NTT DATA:** NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
